Mobile service plan
The current service plan for employees can be made available in the Service Plan tile. The service plan contains information such as the location, type of service, and shift planning for the coming weeks. In addition, functions such as shift swaps are integrated to support employees’ flexibility and autonomy in their day-to-day work.
Own service plan and team service plan
Employees have access to their own service plans at all times and an overview of upcoming shifts and associated tasks. Employees can also view the services of colleagues: The team service plan provides a good overview and simplifies collaboration.
Service exchange
Can’t make it to a shift? Simply swap your shift with a colleague. With the shift swap function, employees can swap their shifts flexibly with a colleague without any effort or long waiting times.
